Menlo Welcomes Its First Scouts BSA Troop to School Community

We are very pleased to announce that Menlo has added its first-ever Scouts BSA Troop, in addition to our Family Cub Scout Pack that we started four years ago here at Menlo Park Academy.

Yesterday night, five original Menlo Family Cub Scouts in our Pack 110 “crossed over” to join three new Scouts BSA youth leaders to create our first-ever Menlo Scout BSA Troop 110.

This was a dream of Menlo School Director Dr. Richard Hronek, an Eagle Scout himself: “It brings us great pride to welcome our new Scouts BSA Troop 110, and someday we will have our first ever Menlo Eagle Scout, and that may be a young man or young lady,” said Hronek.

Our new Scoutmaster for Troop 110 is Dr. Pauline Moses, a proud parent of three Menlo students. Our new Assistant Scoutmaster is Mr. Martin Hebrank.

Cub Scouting is for all genders in kindergarten through 5th grade. Scouts BSA is for ages 11 to 17 years.
